In November, Cellipont Bioservices began construction on a 76,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at the same address to develop and manufacture cell therapy products for other companies. The company also will expand its headquarters on-site.
In December, California-based Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. bought the Research Forest property from Lexicon Pharmaceuticals and partnered with Nurix Therapeutics to redevelop the property into a 325,000-square-foot life sciences complex. The complex will accommodate different uses and provide tenants with a one-of-a-kind, safe and cost-effective campus.
